These Terms & Conditions aim to provide clarity on the services we offer and the responsibilities of all parties involved. Wedding videos are captured 'live' without rehearsals, making retakes impossible. However, this spontaneity allows us to authentically document the emotions and moments of your special day, creating lasting memories.

 

Our Booking Form, combined with these Terms & Conditions, constitutes our contractual agreement. No variations to this agreement are permissible unless both parties accept them in writing before filming begins.

 

1. Deposit/Payment

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, payable via BACS transfer (Bank details will be provided). The full remaining balance is due 45 days before the wedding date. Please complete and return the 'Wedding Video Booking Form' promptly after your deposit payment but no later than 45 days before filming.

 

2. Cancellation

 

All cancellations must be in writing (email or letter) and are subject to the following charges:

 

- More than 45 days prior to the wedding date: The remaining balance will not be charged, but the non-refundable deposit will be retained.

 

- Less than 45 days prior to the wedding date: The remaining balance will be charged, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained. If 'Paid in Full,' the remaining balance will also be retained.

 

If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

 

3. Filming

 

It is your responsibility to obtain permissions, licenses, and pay any fees for venues, locations, or entertainers/musicians. Unless advised otherwise, we assume consent from all attendees to be filmed. We respect officiants' guidelines, which may affect camera placement and filming restrictions. While we strive for quality, we cannot be held responsible for uncontrollable factors affecting filming.

 

We aim for punctuality but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We work discreetly, coordinating with the official photographer. Non-alcoholic refreshments are appreciated during long days filming.

 

While we aim to capture the day comprehensively, the 'live-event' nature and unique structure of each wedding may impact footage. We retain artistic license.

 

4. Aerial Filming

 

Aerial footage is included at no additional charge but is subject to weather conditions. Drones cannot fly in strong winds or rain. Couples must obtain permissions for aerial photography, and we comply with CAA regulations. If unsafe, we won't fly, and the final edit won't include aerial footage.

 

 

5.Health and Safety

 

We reserve the right not to film in dangerous or unsafe situations, prioritizing health and safety.

 

6. Editing

 

Please inform us of any music preferences before the wedding. Our goal is to deliver the final film within 90 days. Your timely feedback on drafts and final products is crucial. If we do not receive a response from you within 10 days of emailing a 'download' link, we will assume your acquiescence and proceed with the final edit.

 

Editing decisions are at the videographer’s discretion, and couples are encouraged to review our online portfolio. Custom edits are possible with prior notice and may incur additional costs.

 

We retain copyright, and re-edits or additional changes may be charged at £75.00 per hour.

 

7. Archive Footage

 

All recorded media will be archived for a minimum of 90 days post-delivery and may be deleted thereafter at our discretion.

 

8. Promotional Material

 

We retain copyright and may display parts of your video online and via social media unless expressly requested otherwise in writing.

 

9. Liability

 

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances preventing filming, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days. We maintain relevant insurances and permissions.
